Please understand that I am not a licensed therapist nor do I have any training… I have however been through years of both “good” and ‘bad” therapy sessions (feel free to ask more on that), because I believe it truly can help those who want to have a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Therapy can be both costly and timely and worth it if you are able to find a wonderful therapist. What I offer is a safe place to express yourself, I can simply listen or if you like, listen and advise. No subject big or small is off the table, hangout at a park, go on a hike or walk and talk a bit. Most importantly, I can help you find your way to connect with your higher self and let your whole self flourish. Book your session by the hour.
